About this file
This document is an attachment for a state and local contract opportunity issued by the Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) for the purchase of radioiodine and particulate filter sampling cartridges. The mandatory specifications outline the required design, labeling, finish, and performance characteristics of the cartridges, including a pressure drop less than 2.5" Hg at 5CFM and methyl iodine retention greater than 75%. The cartridges must be the Radeco Brand, Part Number 0750-69P Model PS-400. Vendors must complete a pricing table for the contract term of July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2023, with no price increases allowed and the agency guaranteed the lowest price in the event of a decrease. IEMA estimates purchasing approximately 2,400 units per year, but there are no minimum quantity guarantees. The state reserves the right to reject all offers or portions thereof.
The pricing must be inclusive of shipping to the specified location in Springfield, IL. Vendors must provide company contact information and agree to partial shipments in case of delays. All products must be new with a minimum one-year warranty. Award will be based on the sum total for all products, and the quote may be disqualified if the form is not filled out completely. Vendors shall not bill for any taxes unless accompanied by proof the state is subject to the tax.
