About this file
This document is a Notice of Intent to Award a Lease from the State of Alaska, representing a standard procurement template for a potential lease agreement. The form is designed to provide transparency in the bidding process, allowing potential bidders to understand the intent to award a lease and offering a mechanism for protests within ten calendar days of the notice date. The document includes a legend explaining bidder responsiveness and award status, with placeholders for specific bid details such as bidder names, total bid prices, responsiveness evaluation, and award designation.
The template contains critical procedural information for bidders, emphasizing that the notice is not an actual order and that the identified lowest responsive and responsible bidder should not proceed until receiving an official lease award or notice to proceed. The document references Alaska Statute 36.30.365, indicating adherence to state procurement regulations. While the specific details of the lease are not filled in, the form provides a structured approach for documenting and communicating the state's intent to award a lease, with clear instructions for bidders regarding protest periods and risk management during the procurement process.
