About this file

This document is a Notice of Intent to Award a Lease from the State of Alaska, likely from an unspecified department and division. The document serves as a formal notification of the state's intent to award a lease, providing a structured format for documenting bid information. While the specific details of the lease are not filled in on this template, the document outlines the process for bid evaluation and potential award, including a ten-calendar-day protest period for bidders who wish to challenge the intended lease award.

The document includes a legend explaining bid evaluation terminology, such as "@" indicating an award to a bidder, "YES" signifying a responsive and responsible bidder, "NO" denoting a non-responsive or non-responsible bidder, and "?" representing a bid not evaluated due to a lower responsive bid. The template provides a table for listing bidders, their total bid prices, responsiveness, and award status. The document emphasizes that bidders should not proceed until receiving an official lease award or notice to proceed, and any actions taken before such notification are at the bidder's own risk, as referenced in Alaska Statute 36.30.365.
