Failure to adequately complete any service or submittal to at least a satisfactory level of quality and timeliness may result in repeat of work, a poor performance evaluation, or both. The PRS is primarily focused on what the Contractor must do to meet performance standards. The PRS is identified in the Government’s Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP). The QASP is used by the Government to ensure that the Contractor has performed in accordance with the performance standards.
