About this file
This document is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (DNR) for Salt Fork State Park, located in Lore City, Ohio. The solicitation seeks mining rough materials specifically designed to fit the existing Sandy Creek Mining Company sluice at the park's campground, with a required delivery date of April 24, 2025. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on a low lot total calculation, which involves multiplying unit costs by estimated usage across all bid items.
The contract terms specify that shipping costs must be included in the item pricing, and the mining rough must precisely match the dimensions of the existing sluice to ensure proper operation without damaging equipment. Invoicing requirements are detailed, mandating submission directly to Financial Shared Services via email or mail, with 11 specific invoice documentation requirements. The purchase order is valid through June 30, 2025, after which a new PO would be required for continued goods or services. The bidding process emphasizes completeness, warning that failure to bid on all items may result in a non-responsive bid status.
