About this file

The file is a Salient Characteristics document for a Portable 100-ton Chiller with Pump Package, detailing technical specifications for an air-cooled chiller unit with integrated pump system. The solicitation (W50S7X-25-Q-0008) is a small business set-aside, unfunded procurement issued by the Department of the Army National Guard, seeking a comprehensive chiller unit with extensive technical requirements including air-cooled scroll compressors, copper tube/aluminum fin condenser coils, UL safety certifications, and multiple operational features like high/low ambient temperature kits and standalone DDC temperature controls.

Key procurement details include a quote submission deadline of 23 April 2025 at 1:00 PM CST, with quotes to be emailed to specified points of contact. The chiller must be rated at 300 GPM with 100 foot/head pump capacity, mounted on a hot-dipped galvanized structural frame, and include comprehensive electrical, piping, and control system specifications. The solicitation requires a detailed technical proposal with specification sheets, photos, and warranties, with the award contingent on available appropriated funds and focusing on a complete working portable chiller unit that meets all specified salient characteristics.
