Salient Characteristics

1. The Government requests delivery of a Cheetah Low and Medium Pressure Recovery, two Liquid Pumps and 2 Mini Purge units to Eglin AFB,.

796 CES/CEOIH

Building 690 501 DeLeon St, Suite 100 Eglin AFB, FL. 32542

Government Points of Contact will be provided after the contract is awarded.

2. The vender shall call Government Point(s) of Contact to schedule delivery during the hours of (0645 to 1630) not later than one business day in advance of anticipated delivery. At which time, the Government will provide the exact location for that delivery. Upon delivery, a certified sales representative will be present on site to provide hands-on training and set up and operational instruction to Government personnel at no additional cost to the government. This is a hard requirement, no exceptions.

3. The Government is requesting a Cheetah Low and Medium Pressure Recovery or equal

These are the minimal requirements that the Government is willing to accept to successfully complete these projected projects within the time and budget that has been allotted. The specifications and capabilities outlined below are required by the Government. All items offered shall meet the outlined requirements below:

The RefTec CHEETAH recovery system provides efficient and safe recovery of most low-pressure refrigerants. The unit consists of a 2-hp motor driving a high capacity

10.6 ft3/min vacuum pump water cooled condenser, system pressure gauge, tank pressure gauge, a valving system consisting of one manually operated 3-way valve, oil return valve and one 2-way evacuation valve.

After an internal 2-minute timer delay, CHEETAH starts recovery by letting refrigerant migrate from the A/C System to the recovery tank. It then draws vapor off the recovery tank, lowering tank vapor pressure, heats vapor and increases pressure via compression, and injects it back into the A/C System condenser, thus creating a pressure differential for a push/pull liquid transfer. R11, R113, R123, R114, R245fa, R514a Recovery Unit With Welch 10.6 CFM Vacuum Pump.

R123: 123lbs/min push/pull liquid, .91lbs/min vapor

Water-cooled plate exchanger provides excellent condensing capacity

Easy operations

Simple switch from liquid to vapor recovery

Built in hose evacuation setting

Automatic low-pressure cutoff

Automatic high pressure safety cutoff

10.6 CFM heavy duty vacuum pump

Pulls greater than 29Hg vacuum

Upright cart mount for easy portability

Large tires for rough terrain

CLP-115-E Cheetah Vacuum Pump Recovery Unit for Low

Pressure Refrigerants. 110-120V, 2 HP 1PH, 50/60HZ,20A

4. The Government is requesting two Liquid Pumps or equal This unit is a commercial and industrial grade pump used to transfer all class I, II, III, and IV refrigerants at rates up to 20GPM. Liquid pumps are typically rated in gallons/min., and their capacity is determined by measurements made on water or light oils. Since vapor is almost always present, the actual flow is often quite a lot lower. Tests have indicated that a refrigerant pump capacity is reduced by 5 to 40% due to vapor displacing the liquid in actual field conditions where restrictions have been minimized. A sub cooler on the suction side reduces vapor formation and is an effective way of increasing flow rate.

General: The standard model has 3/4″ male flare connections with quick-connects as an option.

Installation: Installation of the oil recovery system shall be in accordance with all state and local, mechanical and electrical codes.

Power requirements 110/115V 50/60Hz 1Ph .75Hp 15Amp, 220/230V 50/60Hz 1Ph .75Hp 15Amp.

Dimension and Weight: Unit dimensions shall be approximately 12.0″ high x 14.50″ wide x 9.0″ deep Unit weight shall be 55-lb Transfer Rate, 20GPM.

5. The Government is requesting two Mini Purge Units. On board compressor greatly accelerates purge speed by actively pulling vapor from the cooling system, separating noncondensibles by compression, and forcing processed refrigerant liquid back into the cooling system.

Only system that eliminates air from both high or low pressure refrigerants.

Smallest and lightest purge unit on the market. At 65-lbs in weight, it is easily hand carried.

Vapor is pumped through a high capacity condenser then compressed in a purge vessel. Microprocessor controls calculate the most efficient time to purge non-condensibles.

Achieves discharge efficiency as high as 0.2 lb-refg/lb-noncondensibles on high pressure refrigerants. Many times more efficient than thermal purge units on the market.

Minipurge Refrigerant Recovery Unit temporarily connects to chillers and storage tanks charged with high or low pressure refrigerants and rapidly eliminates non-condensibles. Unit is ideal for supplementing thermal purge units during seasonal start ups on R11 or R123 chillers.

Custom high speed purgers for large tonnage high or low pressure chillers.

A 0.5hp compressor draws refrigerant vapor, pumps it through a condenser, and compresses it in a stainless steel purge vessel. Condensed refrigerant is forced back to the cooling system or recovery tank. When pressure rises to a certain point, non-condensibles are discharged with virtually no loss of refrigerant.

Specifications

Discharge High Pressure 0.20-lb refrigerant/lb-noncondensibles Discharge Low Pressure (R123) 0.08-lb refrigerant/lb-noncondensibles Dimensions – (L x W x H) 36″ x 10″ x 16″ Weight 65 lbs.
