SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS
ENDOSCOPE DRYING AND STORAGE CABINET
1. Quantity: 1 each Endoscope Drying Cabinet for 16-20 Scopes HEPA including all necessary brackets and parts (Reliance 6000 or equal)
2. Installation including all necessary labor and materials required to uncrate, set in place, and assemble equipment.
3. 1-year Preventative Care
4. Quantity: 2 each 44” Lowering Bracket and installation
5. Quantity: 1 each Endoscope Drying Stainless Steel Cabinet for 16-20 Scopes HEPA Add-On (Reliance 6000 or equal)
6. Installation including all necessary labor and materials required to uncrate, set in place, and assemble equipment
7. Quantity: 20 each Olympus 180/190 Series (or equal) GI Endoscopes with Auxiliary Water; Trifurcated Drying and Tubing Set with Auxiliary Water Connector at Bottom
8. Quantity: 3 each Olympus 40/70/140/145/150/160/165/180/190/240/260 Series (or equal) GI Endoscopes without Auxiliary Water; Bifurcated Drying tubing and Connector Set
9. Quantity: 1 each Olympus 20/160/180 Dual channel GI Endoscopes
10. Quantity: 3 each Olympus (or equal) Bronchoscopes Drying Tubing and Connector set
11. Quantity: 1 each Enteroscope Holder (2 per package) Endoscope Storage and Drying Cabinet
12. Installation Enteroscope Holders Delivery and Installation to Hamilton VA Medical Center, 100 Emancipation Dr., Building 27 (Warehouse) Hampton VA.
