The contract is an indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) arrangement with a guaranteed minimum of $200,000 and a maximum not to exceed $16,000,000 across the base year (January 1, 2027 – December 31, 2027) and four option years through December 31, 2031. The solicitation covers eight imaging modalities with estimated annual quantities including 13,000 general radiology procedures, 9,000 CT scans, 3,182 ultrasounds, 2,500 MRI scans, 520 mammograms, 286 PET/CT scans, 260 nuclear stress tests, and 208 general nuclear studies. Pricing shall be submitted on a per-modality reading basis using firm fixed rates. The offer due date is September 15, 2026, at 2:00 PM MT.
