About this file
This document is a Special Notice from the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) announcing the VA's intent to sole source the procurement of Axumin, Amyvid, and Cerianna radiopharmaceuticals for the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center. The VA intends to negotiate solely with PetNet Solutions, a Siemens Company, and TrillaMed, an authorized distributor, to provide these proprietary radiopharmaceuticals due to their specialized nature and short shelf life. The VA cites FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) as the authority for this sole source approach. Other interested parties have until September 18, 2024, to identify their capability to respond to this requirement, which the VA will use to determine if the procurement should be conducted on a competitive basis. No solicitation is available at this time, and all inquiries must be submitted via email to the identified Contract Specialist.
