About this file
This document contains a two-phase federal solicitation for design-build services for a Pharmacy Clean Room project. The Veterans Integrated Service Network #04 Contracting Office will award a single firm-fixed-price contract for a prime contractor to partner with an architecture/engineering firm to complete designs and construct a new Pharmacy Clean Room at the Lebanon Veteran Administration Medical Center in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, with an anticipated budget between $250,000 and $500,000. Phase I offers will be evaluated to select offerors to respond to the Phase II request for proposal. The Phase II RFP will further define requirements and include evaluation factors for selection of the winning proposal. Only SDVOSB firms will be considered for Phase I, with Phase II open to all selected Phase I offerors.
