About this file
This document contains a bid sheet and federal contract opportunity notice for a nuclear medicine SPECT-CT site renovation project at a Department of Veterans Affairs medical center. The bid sheet outlines two items: a base bid for renovating approximately 1200 square feet of existing nuclear medicine space, including demolition, HVAC, electrical, and other work, with an estimated completion time of 155 days; and an alternate bid to perform the same work while operating double shifts to fast-track completion within 90 days. The related federal contract opportunity provides the project statement of work, which involves replacing condenser water piping from a chiller plant to cooling towers, and lists general contractor requirements such as obtaining badges, submitting schedules and safety plans, coordinating utility interruptions, and using containment equipment for above-ceiling work.
