556-17-001 Corrected Specification 07/22/2022
CEILING MOUNTED PATIENT LIFT SYSTEM
11 73 00 - 1
SECTION 11 73 00
CEILING MOUNTED PATIENT LIFT SYSTEM
PART 1 - GENERAL
This corrected specification replaces the specification of the same name and number included in the project manual.
Drawing QH100 does not include the eight Guldmann ceiling mounted patient lift systems to be furnished and installed in their entirety by the General Contractor. Refer to drawings
GUL101 through GUL113, in coordination with all other documents.
All reference to model “GH3” shall be replaced with “GH3+ 825 lb. capacity with scale”.
All occurrences of lift capacity which are not 825 lbs. shall be 825 lbs. (min.).
All reference to “the Facility” regarding assignment of activities not to be performed directly by Guldmann shall be replaced with “the General Contractor” as the General Contractor (not
VA) is responsible for contracting with Guldmann, and fulfilling all parts of the work not performed directly by Guldmann.
Guldmann drawings included in this set will require revision for prevention of special conflicts above ceilings, and completion for submittal as described in this Specification. The submitted and accepted pre-installation drawings shall be accurately revised at completion of installation to become the as-built submission for record.
