Your submittal must include a one-sided original and one (1) copy of the Technical and Past Performance Proposals, and a one-sided original and one (1) copy of the Price Proposal. The Price Proposal shall be sealed in a single, labeled package, separate from the Technical Proposal. It is intended that proposals be evaluated, and award made, without discussions with the offerors (other than communications conducted for purpose of minor clarification(s)), unless discussions are determined to be necessary.
