About this file
This document is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) issued by the Arkansas Department of Transformation and Shared Services Office of State Procurement (TSS OSP) on behalf of the Arkansas Department of Veterans Affairs (ADVA) to obtain pricing and a contract for the fabrication of concrete double-depth burial crypts. The State anticipates purchasing between 660-770 crypts during the initial term of the contract, with specifications for standard and oversized double-depth crypts. Bids must be submitted through the State's eProcurement system by July 21st, 2023, with delivery of the crypts required within 24 weeks of the order. The contract is anticipated to begin on September 1st, 2023, for an initial term of 1 year, with the possibility of up to six 1-year renewal terms.
The IFB requires contractors to bid on the specified quantities and provide optional pricing if they are selected as the installing contractor. Inspection and acceptance/rejection of the crypts will be made within 60 days of receipt, and the State has the option to return any products for any reason within that timeframe. The contract will be awarded to the lowest-bidding, responsible contractor.
