About this file

This document is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) issued by the Arkansas Office of State Procurement (OSP) on behalf of the Arkansas Department of Agriculture Forestry Commission - Baucum Nursery for a term contract to print and deliver natural kraft seedling bags. The IFB requests bids for five line items ranging in size from 20" x 8" x 31" to 40.5" x 11" x 36", with estimated quantities but no minimum order. Bids are due by October 3, 2022 at 2:00pm CT, and the anticipated contract start date is October 20, 2022, with the option to renew up to six additional one-year terms.

The IFB specifies the paper stock, ink, and packaging requirements for the bags, as well as the delivery location and timeframe. It allows a one-time upcharge or setup fee, permits a 2% overrun that will be billed at 80% of the unit price, and prohibits underruns. Pricing must be firm for the initial contract term, with potential adjustments for industry-wide cost increases in subsequent renewal terms. The award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder on an all-or-none basis.
