About this file
This document is a Notice of Intent to Participate in Contracts issued by the State of Oregon, Department of Administrative Services, Enterprise Goods and Services, Procurement Services (DAS PS) for Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (Drone) Services. DAS PS intends to establish Participating Addenda to serve as agreements under certain Master Agreements awarded by the State of Virginia in a cooperative procurement conducted for the benefit of the members of the National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO) ValuePoint. The objective is to obtain best value and more favorable pricing than individual state or local government entities could achieve. DAS PS estimates Oregon state agencies and ORCPP members will purchase similar amounts as the $984,500 spent in 2019-2020. The Participating Addenda will not be exclusive, and purchasing agencies can select from the top four awarded contractors providing services to Service Zone #10.
Purchasing agencies may use a brand name justification or best value analysis process to select contractors. They may also use certified distributors to meet aspirational targets. The State of Oregon will review awardees for responsibility to Oregon's Participating Addendum requirements. Interested parties can submit questions, comments, or protests to the State of Oregon contact by August 5, 2021 for the NASPO ValuePoint, State of Virginia's Master Agreements for Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (Drone) Services.
