About this file

This document is an addendum to a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by the Oregon Department of Human Services, Office of Aging and People with Disabilities, under OregonBuys Bid Number S#10000-00010108 for Early Support Services for Depression and Anxiety. The addendum modifies the RFP cover page to change the opening date from October 15, 2024, to October 31, 2024, and updates the schedule section to reflect the new opening date. The RFP seeks qualified proposals to create new or expand existing evidence-based programs that provide early support services for individuals experiencing mild to moderate depression, anxiety, or substance use. The services are intended to assist these individuals, who may be older adults or people with disabilities, in addressing or managing their symptoms.

The addendum also includes information on the protest process, which allows prospective proposers to submit written protests regarding anything contained in the amendment. Protests must be delivered to the Single Point of Contact via email, reference the OregonBuys bid number, and state the reason for the protest along with supporting evidence. Protest deadlines are specified in the document.
