Liquidated damages are assessed at $500 per day for individual phase milestones and $1,500 per day for overall construction completion delays. Monthly progress payments are made with 5 percent retainage held until final acceptance. The contract award will be made to the responsible bidder submitting the lowest responsive bid that is most advantageous to the City considering cost, resources, equipment availability, and other specified factors.
