DLA Contracting Services Office (DCSO) Market Research Questionnaire

DLA Contracting Services Office (DCSO) is considering a solicitation and subsequent Award of a one-time comprehensive assessment. The issued solicitation would likely be for a period of one hundred and fifty days. This procurement would be solicited under NAICS code 541612 Human Resources Consulting Services.

This procurement seeks to provide a comprehensive assessment of the workforce following the return to office procedures implemented by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). This assessment aims to gather qualitative and limited quantitative data on employee sentiments, identify gaps between current and ideal organizational cultures, and develop actionable insights to optimize engagement and performance. The aim is to gather valuable insights and feedback from DLA employees through structured listening sessions, which will include a review of EEO data and Reasonable Accommodation data and processes. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) wishes to contract these services to gain a comprehensive understanding of employee perspectives.

DCSO is requesting industry responses to this questionnaire for the purpose of informing DLA’s acquisition planning for a potential subsequent solicitation. Should any of the questions not apply please skip over that section.

DLA is not responsible for any proposal preparation costs a vendor might incur associated with preparing a response to this inquiry, nor is it under any obligation to publish a synopsis or solicitation relating to this inquiry.
