About this file
This is Addendum 1 to solicitation RP014-22 issued by Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners in Georgia on February 17, 2022, regarding the provision and implementation of an Enterprise Records Management Solution and professional services on an annual contract basis. The addendum addresses clarifications regarding proposal submission procedures and technical specifications of the county's current records management environment. Proposals must be received by 2:50 p.m. on the deadline specified in the original invitation, with mail or hand delivery both acceptable for submission. The county currently operates FileNet P8 version 5.5 with four Object Stores managing approximately six terabytes of data. The county has indicated a need to evaluate potential migration options, including the handling of FileNet annotations that exist on some but not all documents within the system.
Key submission requirements clarified in this addendum include that vendors should provide one original cost proposal on a separate flash drive from electronic documents, with no requirement for multiple copies or local vendor preference. Bidders must acknowledge receipt of this addendum on page 79 of their proposal documents. The county is currently not treating any FileNet data as COLD (Computer Output to Laser Disk) storage. Firms currently listed on Gwinnett County's ineligible source list are prohibited from submitting proposals, and electronic submittals are not accepted for this formal solicitation.
