We have read that "submissions shall be limited to no more than 20 pages..." and that "any necessary product sheets, test data, graphs, and charts supporting those answers shall be limited to no more than 5 pages." We also see that ROM cost estimate "length should be no more than 3 pages." Can the government please confirm that the entire response is limited to 20 pages, inclusive of the 5 pages of product sheets/graphs and 3 pages of ROM?

Submissions shall be limited to no more than 28 pages inclusive of answers to requirement specifications/questions detailed in the matrix above; any necessary product sheets, test data, graphs, and charts supporting those answers shall be limited to no more than 5 pages as well as a ROM of no more than 3 pages. The posting has been updated to reflect this clarification.
