About this file

This document is a technical drawing for roof trusses to be used in the Governor's Housing program in Iowa. The drawing provides specifications for 24 roof trusses, including dimensions, materials, load requirements, and fabrication notes. The trusses are designed to meet IBC 2018 and TPI 2014 standards for 115 mph wind speeds, snow loads, and other factors.

The related state and local contract opportunity is for 35 sets of trusses for homes in the State of Iowa, specifically in Jones County. The contract does not provide additional details on the procurement process, such as response due dates, award timing, or contract term. The drawing indicates the trusses are being produced by the Alpine Job Designer program on behalf of the truss manufacturer.
