1Draft RFPC.4.2.3161What are current systems used in the contact center for case management and eligibility?Currently, DHS does not receive EAP and Work-Life services from a single contractor, and each contractor operates and maintains their respective contact (call) center in accordance with the terms and conditions of their respective contract. For this acquisition, DHS will require the contractor to comply with all security requirements, including operating a FedRAMP authorized, cloud-based software as a solution (SaaS).
2Draft RFPC.395Please define micro and macro linkages, and how they are established and managed.DHS expects the Contractor to establish and manage connections and linkages with community resources in accordance with industry best practices and the Contractor's business partnerships.

Micro: The Contractor must have knowledge of the availability and quality of resources in order to connect or link a client for appropriate treatment.

Example: An EAP clinician needs to know where to recommend a client for inpatient alcohol treatment that focuses on law enforcement officers. Additionally, the EAP clinician must understand the client's health benefits. The EAP clinician will then provide individual case management for the client after inpatient treatment.

Macro: The Contractor must have knowledge of appropriate community resources that are available to the organization or individual.
