A lead-certified person must remain on-site at all times, and a lead clearance test will be conducted upon project completion; if testing fails, the contractor bears the cost of retesting at $500 per test. Contractors must submit updated Workers' Compensation and Liability Insurance certificates, EPA RRP training certification, and a completed Non-Collusive Bidding Certification form with their bids.
