Right Management 6

Right Management enables organizational objectives while supporting the developmental needs of your leaders. Coaching is aligned to your business priorities through a structured, scalable framework that allows individual tailoring to the needs of each leader in the context of business objectives. Our Leader Coaching Partnership Approach includes the following steps:

1. Connect

We work together to connect coaching to your business objectives and organizational imperatives. We determine the scope of the coaching engagements and key principles important to your organization. Through a vetting process, a coach cadre for your organization will be identified who can serve these objectives. Right Management will actively manage the coaching bench based on input from the University and can easily add to or adjust the bench as needed to fit changes in volume or needs. Leaders will review bios on the platform and connect with coaches to gauge chemistry, selecting their coach.

2. Shape

• Trust and alignment - We seek to envelop the leader in a supportive matrix that includes the coach, manager, coaching sponsors and internal mentors, where available. Transparent, mutual understanding is created on the why of coaching.

• The coaching plan – We will conduct assessments (or leverage existing assessments), confirmed by you, to identify key areas for growth. The coach, leader, their manager, and other identified stakeholders, will partner to design a customized coaching plan, establish shared desired outcomes, set goals, and lay the groundwork for a trusting and supportive coaching experience.

3. Perform

• The coach and leader collaborate to deliver the desired outcomes. A regular cadence is established that fits the goals and the work schedule of the leader.

• These activities are supported by a digital platform that allows a seamless journey for the leader who can plan and anticipate what coaching entails. Our tech-and-touch approach provides a single, integrated and engaging experience for employees. We combine nudging to build positive habit formation and learning reinforcements from coaches with a variety of tools and resources accessible via our technology platform.

4. Measure

• Finally, using success criteria established previously, we’ll measure the outcomes of the coaching experience, reinforce goals, and make recommendations for next steps.

• This measurement includes alignment conversations throughout the coaching engagement including at the close, as well as a coaching impact survey sent to the leader coaches as well as their manager.

Subject Course Description

Change Management

Leading Self and Others Through Change

Often it is assumed that organizational change is just about work processes, systems, structures, or strategy. Arguably, the most critical factor in the success of any change is how people are managed. Leading through change can be an especially difficult task because you are not only required to manage the reactions of others impacted by the change but also your own reactions. This course aims to increase participants’ confidence and competence in leading themselves and others through times of change.

Change Management

Leading in a Complex Environment

We face incredible pressures to deliver immediate results, do more with less, and manage an ever-increasing personal workload. The pace and urgency of daily demands can make it difficult to see more than a step ahead. But in a world of changing conditions and priorities, leaders and individual contributors alike must be able to look beyond the now and achieve a strategic perspective on their work. This course will arm participants with strategic thinking “tools to use” while challenging them to uncover the WHY behind any proposed organizational, customer-focused, or operational change.

Communication

Influencing Across Boundaries

Effective performers can influence without authority and navigate the political landscape. They can present ideas that draw support, assess, and strategically engage key stakeholders to gain buy-in and support for their proposals and ideas. This course will help participants understand how to effectively use their influence style to gain credibility as an influencer and successfully present their ideas to capture stakeholder interest and support.

Conflict Management

Transforming Conflict into Collaboration

Differences in the workplace have the potential to be used constructively to build better working relationships, drive innovation, and improve business results. This course will show participants how conflict can be managed in increasingly diverse workforces to strengthen self-awareness, collaboration, and mutual respect. They will build the vocabulary and skills to effectively complete the most courageous conversations.

Leadership

Building a Climate of Trust

Trust is foundational to everything leaders do and plays a major role in enabling organizational success. Leaders are not entitled to the trust of their people; rather, they must earn it by how they behave toward them. This course allows participants to create individual and unique “trust equations” that they can apply with their teams to express integrity and drive business results. Participants will identify key behaviors that will enable them to build and maintain an environment of trust and create an action plan for long-term sustainability.

Productivity & Problem- Solving Skills

Solving Problems and Making Decisions

To find the best solution, one first needs to understand the problem. This module introduces participants to the creative and critical thinking skills required to analyze

Right Management 10 and solve problems and assess risks. In this course, participants will learn a 5-step model for problem-solving and decision-making. They can use this model for better identifying and resolving issues, mitigating risks, and increasing their effectiveness in day-to-day work. This way, participants will understand the benefits and drawbacks of risk-taking in their decision-making processes.

Experiential Learning Drives Engagement

Our development program approach and delivery methods are highly interactive and engaging and include brief learning and content coverage, breakout team discussions and practice elements, peer-to-peer coaching, and other important components of effective adult learning.

Regarding venue, any course module can be delivered virtually or in person, leveraging experiential and social learning through our LXP platform. We have over forty years of experience delivering leadership development programs with experiential learning activities and incorporating them within our Leadership Development Modules. We also use social media to drive learning engagement. Tools like Yammer, Kahoot! Mentimeter, or our Learning Experience Platform (LXP), helps drive engagement and reinforce learning.

Typical Right Management Experiential Activities

Learning Experience Platform

Right Management’s learning experience platform (LXP) is a flexible, web-based, user-friendly learning platform that supports fully integrated, multi- dimensional learning experiences. These blended learning experiences incorporate highly interactive, self-paced online activities and live, instructor-led facilitated sessions. Because self-paced activities are completed independently, Right Management can truly apply a ‘flipped’ classroom approach during live facilitation sessions. More time is focused on practice, feedback, and working through how to use the learning on the job.

A powerful feature of the LXP is its ability to support social learning. Recent research shows that most workers in today’s workforce want to learn with and through others. The LXP allows

Right Management 11 participants to engage with one another asynchronously on assignments or discussions. In these digital conversations, participants contextualize their learnings and support one another on how to apply them. The platform mirrors the everyday workflow and work habits that are completely natural for learners (e.g., asking questions of colleagues and bouncing ideas off others).
