About this file

This document is a Request for Response (RFR) amendment from the Massachusetts Department of Correction (DOC) for Drug Testing Materials, Service and Supplies. The RFR is a "Non-Statewide / Limited User Contract" open for use by the DOC, the Office of the Commissioner of Probation, and potentially all agencies under the Executive Office of Public Safety and Security upon request. The amended RFR outlines the eligible entities authorized to use the resulting contract. Interested vendors must submit responses to the DOC, and each Commonwealth agency will be responsible for executing its own purchase orders and paying invoices.

The RFR does not provide details on specific product or service requirements, quantities, response due dates, or contract term. Pricing terms, set asides, incumbent information, funding sources, and other salient commercial details are also not included in this amendment document.
