About this file

This document is an attachment to a Request for Response (RFR) from the Massachusetts Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (MCDHH) for janitorial services at its Westborough Regional Office. The office, located in the Hadley Building, is approximately 800 to 1,000 square feet in size. MCDHH requires janitorial services twice weekly, including vacuuming, sweeping, trash and recycling removal, dusting, and periodic deep cleaning tasks. A Bidder's Walk-Through is scheduled for May 1, and interested bidders must RSVP by April 26. The contract term is for one year, with the expectation that the rate will remain in effect for the five-year contract period if MCDHH chooses to exercise renewal options.

Billing is to be monthly at the Commonwealth's standard net/45 payment terms. A Prompt Payment Discount (PPD) form is required, and the PPD terms will be considered in evaluating bid responses. Bidders should submit bids for one year of services, with the opportunity to adjust the rate if the contract is renewed.
