RFR 232727 Specialized Training Services for Small (<$50,000) Projects

Q and A:

A) "The training services provided under this RFR fall into these categories:

1. Trainers that are instructing with previously prepared specialized content or coursework.

1. The development of specialized training content followed by the delivery of the content. Any training developed for the department is the property of the department. "

I just wanted to see if you could clarify the meaning of "property of the department" :

1) for number 1 above, when we use previously prepared specialized content, we can still use that for future training for other companies, right?

A: Yes

2) for number 2, above, if we prepare specialized training content that might partially or totally be applicable to a different company, we could still use that knowledge/material for other future projects with other companies, right?

A: Yes

B) On another note, the document "RFR 232727 Application form Category 2" asks for an "Address code" in the first portion of the document. Could you help me with that? I do have a VCC, which I included.

A: DPH has determined this info is needed at the time of contract if needed at all and will be removed from the application forms.
