About this file

This document is a Question and Answer (Q&A) for Request for Response (RFR) 232128 issued by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health for Catering Services, Conference Space, and Hotel Room Accommodation. The RFR seeks to establish purchase agreements with multiple vendors to provide a range of general catering services such as breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks for different sized groups. The RFR is open to vendors who can supply only general catering services (Category I) or a combination of catering, conference space, and hotel accommodations (Category II). While the RFR does not specify a preference for one main vendor or multiple vendors, the purpose is to establish multiple purchase agreements.

The pricing and other contract terms are not detailed in this Q&A document. The RFR is open to all interested vendors, and there is no mention of any set-asides or incumbent contractors. The funding source and amount are also not provided.
