About this file

This document is a set of notes from an Application Information Session for Request for Response (RFR) 231332 for the Massachusetts Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners (SANE) program. The current SANE contract expires at the end of June, and this new RFR will cover the period starting July 1st. The RFR is posted on the state's COMMBuys procurement platform and follows a rolling application process. Applicants can check the status of their submissions through their COMMBuys page, and Cheryl Re will reach out if anything is missing from the application. The RFR is good for 10 years, and applicants have until February 11th to submit any questions. Required application forms include a CORI form and a Preferred Pharmacy Discount (PPD) form, which is optional.

The SANE program is required to invite contractors to participate, and only vendors registered on COMMBuys can participate. Applicants should use their current legal name on the application and provide proof of a recent positive TB test. Applicants are also encouraged to check with their employer or use the Vax Finder website to provide proof of vaccination status, as this may be required.
