Each contractor’s performance will be evaluated on an ongoing basis and will be utilized in determining whether or not to extend the contract. Purchasers may be surveyed as to their satisfaction with the contractor’s performance under the contract. Contractor performance will also be evaluated based on the number of complaints received from Purchasers. A high number of unresolved complaints will result in a warning to the contractor and may lead to early termination or non-renewal of that contractor’s contract.

The Department may negotiate changes to the original performance measures, reporting requirements or payment methodologies tied to performance at any time during the contract duration if they are consistent with the specifications of this RFR.
