About this file
This document is a Request for Quotes and Qualifications (RFQQ) issued by the University of Washington to establish a pool of qualified vendors to provide "as needed" organizational consulting services for the University's Professional & Organizational Development (POD) Office. The RFQQ outlines the scope of work, which includes change management, conflict resolution, diversity consultation, leadership coaching, and other organizational development services. Vendors must have at least 5 years of experience providing similar services, especially to higher education clients. Proposals are due by November 5th, and the pool created as a result of this RFQQ will remain open for a period of up to 6 years, with 2-year renewal periods.
The RFQQ provides details on pricing, including the requirement for vendors to submit hourly rates, travel expense reimbursement expectations, and any other associated charges. It also notes that acceptance into the vendor pool does not guarantee any work. Vendor performance will be evaluated, and POD reserves the right to remove vendors from the pool based on unsatisfactory performance. The RFQQ emphasizes the University's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and encourages participation from minority and women-owned businesses.
