The services requested include pre-production (creative development, project management, location scouting), production (studio/location videography, directing, lighting), and post-production activities (editing, motion graphics, closed captioning). Proposals are due February 12, 2025 by 5pm PT for first consideration, though the pool will remain open ongoing. The initial contract term will run through December 31, 2026, with optional one-year renewals upon mutual agreement.
Vendors can be full-service production houses, small shops, freelancers or individual video editors, with no guaranteed minimum level of work. Bidders must have at least 3 years of experience in videography services with emphasis on institutional work and provide at least 3 project examples from the past 24 months. The RFQQ encourages participation by minority and women-owned businesses (MWBE) and small businesses, though there are no mandatory set-aside requirements.
