About this file

This document is Amendment No. 2 to a Request for Qualifications and Quotations (RFQQ) issued by the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS), Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR), for Pre-Employment Transition Services. DSHS amends the RFQQ to revise the Sample Contract, remove the requirement for bidders to provide all five categories of Pre-Employment Transition Services, and adjust the solicitation schedule. The revised bid due date is now August 5, 2024. DSHS also removes the Minimum Qualification related to providing all five categories of services from the Bidder Response Form.

The RFQQ seeks qualified contractors to provide Pre-Employment Transition Services across multiple counties in the state of Washington, including Franklin, Grant, Grays Harbor, Chelan, Yakima, and others. The contract term is not specified. This amendment does not include any information about pricing, set asides, incumbent contractors, funding requirements, or other salient financial details.
