The RFQQ was issued on December 18, 2024, with responses due by February 7, 2025, at 1:00 PM PST. The project seeks qualified bidders to provide modification, maintenance, and repair services for the R/V Thomas G. Thompson research vessel. All submissions must be made through the University of Washington's Workday Strategic Sourcing system (WSS) under Event ID 816220.
The General Specifications and Technical Requirements are not available directly through WSS - interested bidders must provide the RFQQ Coordinator with a Gmail address to receive access via Google Drive link. Issued December 18, 2024
RFQQ Coordinator: Kassy Ellefson UW Procurement Services, ellefson@uw.edu RFQQ Due Date: February 7, 2025, on or before 1:00 PM PST
It is the Offeror’s responsibility to read the entire RFQQ document, including the Model Contract and any RFQQ addendums, and to comply with all requirements listed herein.
This RFQQ is being managed through the University of Washington’s Workday Strategic Sourcing system (WSS). All correspondence and responses must be submitted via WSS. WSS Event ID 816220
Important: If you have never utilized WSS, you will need to set up a profile:
When setting up your profile you may find it helpful to add additional contacts to one primary profile and avoid multiple duplications of a firm, which can occur when individuals set up separate profiles for the same company.
Multiple entries for the same company may result in confusion with bid submission.
Please ensure that your information is accurate when setting up your profile and verify that your profile’s time zone is correct.
NOTICE: The General Specifications and Technical Requirements will not be available via WSS.
Instead, interested bidders must provide the RFQQ Coordinator with a Gmail address. A Google drive link will be provided on receipt of the Gmail address.
