Dear Quoter:
Accompanying this cover letter is a Request for Quote (RFQ) prepared by the Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCI Safford Arizona, for the acquisition of labor, equipment, and materials to upgrade the Education Building HVAC at FCI Safford. This package contains all the necessary information for submitting a quote for evaluation.
When submitting your quote, the quoter should consider all information provided herein. Please carefully follow all instructions located in the solicitation package concerning content, format, and submission of quotes.
All quotations must be received on or before the deadline of April 20, 2016 at 4:00 PM MST. Quotes received after the deadline will be processed pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation 52.212-1(f). Quotations can be emailed to j2xcortez@bop.gov or sent via certified mail to the following address:

Onsite visits will be held on April 11, 2016. Any vendors who wish to submit a quote are encouraged to schedule a visit through the Contracting Office.
