C. The staging of equipment, trucks, and materials; ensuring there is no disruption to truck traffic and FCI Milan vehicles on the road immediately adjacent/allowing access to this area; as well as contractor access to this project are major factors of maintaining the security of the institution. Due to the close proximity to the Powerhouse, the fact that the contractor will have to utilize a road that FCI Milan will be using at the same time, and the potential equipment involved; a pre-bid meeting with FCI Milan Facilities and Cor-rectional Services staff will be arranged to discuss these topics.
