FCI Berlin Delivery Schedule

This schedule is in effect for all items to be delivered after April 1, 2014, and on or before April 15, 2014 -unless an alternative delivery schedule has been arranged. Deliveries can be made M-F between 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m, excluding federal holidays. You may contact the Food Service Warehouse personnel at (603) 342-4139, or the FS Administrator at (603) 342-4333.

See listed delivery requirements below:

All deliveries must be palletized.

All non-frozen, perishable foods must be delivered between 34 degrees F to 40 degrees F.

All frozen foods must be delivered at 0 degrees F or below. Any product that indicates prior thawing will be refused.

Vendors who fail to meet delivery schedules are subject to be removed from future solicitations for bid. The next lowest bidder will be notified to supply the requirement in question.

All Certified Religious Diet items must be marked accordingly or they will be refused.

Items must meet specifications as indicated. All items will be closely inspected. Items may require thawing and cooking to determine specification compliance. Receipt of delivery may be conditional for a period of six (6) business days to allow for adequate examination and testing. Items that fail to meet specifications will be refused. Items which are conditionally received and found to be unacceptable must be picked up at the vendor’s expense within two (2) weeks of notification of noncompliance. If product is not picked up in two (2) weeks, it will be properly disposed. Items must be delivered at agreed upon quantity; anything over stated purchase order quantity will be refused.
