Questions Regarding RFQ-CTS-082-15 (CTS in Rapid City, South Dakota)
Question 1: Our current lease runs through June 1, 2016 and we intend to renew at our current location. Since this is a one year based, do we need to provide a letter from our landlord stating that we have the option to renew?
Response: The quoter must submit a deed, lease, bill of sale, options to lease, or option to buy that will verify they will be in the facility for the base year as well as all four option years of the contract.
Question 2: South Dakota law does not require that our two Director's receive and document clinical supervision. We need clarification on the Statement of Work #20 Contractor Licensure. Is it requiring that we provide documentation of clinical supervision even on our Director and Co-Director? If so, can they supervise each other and how many hours will you require?
Response: According to the SOW, "The contractor must provide regularly scheduled clinical supervision to staff counseling Bureau inmates. Supervision must be conducted and documented by trained supervisory staff (e.g., clinical psychologists, certified treatment counselors, or certified master’s level social worker). This individual must be licensed/certified to provide the services as the state guidelines direct." They must decide how they will accomplish that. We can not tell them who to select as the designated supervisor(s), how frequently to have supervision or how to document it.
