Text version
Question: The former geographic accessibility requirements (a City quadrant defined by streets) that were historically on the front page of the SF-1449 were omitted. The only geographic requirement is a radius of 10 miles of City Hall. In the past, geographic accessibility for Buffalo Halfway House residents was a key requirement. Was this omission intentional? Are these elsewhere in the package?
Answer: Yes, per the RFQ, this current solicitation indicates that the geographic requirement should be within a ten mile radius of Buffalo City Hall and should be accessible to local public transportation. This solicitation is a standalone and is apart from the previous solicitation.
