To Whom It May Concern:
Please see the responses to the following questions:
Question: The RRC has a DCF Substance Abuse license. If I (the quoter and Prime Contractor) plan to work out of the RRC, will I need to obtain a license in my business’s name as well?
Answer: Please refer to Amendment 003 to this solicitation, which revises the language under Facility Licensure to read, “The Prime Contractor must be appropriately licensed and certified by the state and local authority as required to provide treatment services in the state where the services are being provided. A facility license, if required by the state in which treatment services are being provided, must be in the name of the Prime Contractor and provided within 30 calendar days of Notification of Award."
Question: Should documents submitted reflect the address of the performance site and/or our local address for billing?
Answer: When the RFQ mentions the “performance site,” please use your performance site address. When you’re sharing billing/mailing information, the local billing/mailing address would be appropriate.
Please be informed that the FBOP will not accept questions seven (7) days before the solicitation closing date.
