Answer: Item #134238 – Kraft folder Letter size, See Solicitation description for FBO attachment Questions: For requested Item#134238-Kraft folder Letter Size:

1.The "standard" expansion is to 3/4". Does your request suggest that you must have it scored to 1-3/4" or is the (1) a typo?
2.Do you have an actual MFG item number for this folder? See Solicitation description for FBO attachment,

B. Do you have an actual MFG item number for the Kraft Stock?

Answers: Please review the characteristics and inserted factual drawing to confirm the size of the folder, all information is correct, there are no typos. The SMEAD customized item number was provided in the product description attached to FBO.

Question: Is there missing some info to make this two different quotes, is it just the material used or recycled content?

Answer: There is one item with salient characteristics in the clauses and the description. The offeror shall provide proposals for one type of folder. Refer to the clauses attached in the RFQ: 52.223-4 RECOVERED MATERIAL CERTIFICATION (MAY 2008) As required by the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976 (42 U.S.C. 6962(c)(3)(A)(i)), the offeror certifies, by signing this offer, that the percentage of recovered materials content for EPA-designated items to be delivered or used in the performance of the contract will be at least the amount required by the applicable contract specifications or other contractual requirements.

The EPA website at http://www.epa.gov/epawaste/conserve/tools/cpg/products/printing.htm lists the minimum recycled content for Kraft manila envelopes as 10-20% postconsumer fiber and 10-20% recovered fiber.
