RFQ Summary

This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by the General Services Administration (GSA) on September 18, 2026, for the procurement of motor vehicles. The solicitation is designated as RFQ 47QMCA26Q0106 and requires respondents to submit quotations by September 21, 2026, at 5:30 PM EST. GSA seeks a minimum of twenty (20) and maximum of thirty (30) light-duty motor vehicles, with the actual quantity awarded at the Government's discretion based on requirements, available funding, and evaluation results. This is a 100% small business set-aside procurement, and the Government intends to award firm-fixed-price delivery order(s) to one vendor. The applicable NAICS code is 336110 (Automobile and Light Duty Motor Vehicle Manufacturing) and PSC code is 2310. All vehicles must be delivered FOB Destination, and delivery dates are identified as a significant evaluation factor. Respondents must have an active SAM.gov registration and acknowledge all solicitation amendments to be evaluated.

Quotations will be evaluated on three primary factors of equal weight: technical compliance with specifications (including delivery terms, vehicle color, availability, and delivery dates); past performance (minimum of 2, maximum of 3 references within the last two years); and price (evaluated on lowest unit price per vehicle). Respondents must complete and submit the SF 18 form, Section C (contractor information and authorized representatives), technical and past performance narratives (limited to 20 and 3 pages respectively), a completed pricing and delivery schedule attachment, GSA Fleet Systems Account Application Form, manufacturer's vehicle window stickers (consolidated in one PDF), and source of supply letters. Questions regarding the solicitation are due September 21, 2026, at 11:00 AM ET. Respondents should direct all communications to April Stanch (April.Stanch@gsa.gov) and Ed Hodges (john.hodges@gsa.gov).
