About this file

This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by the General Services Administration (GSA) for the procurement of fourteen (14) GMC Yukons to be delivered to Washington, DC. The RFQ number is 47QMCA26Q0094, issued on August 18, 2026, with quotes due by August 20, 2026 at 8:00 AM EST. This is a 100% small business set-aside requirement under NAICS Code 336110 (Automobile and Light Duty Motor Vehicle Manufacturing) and PSC Code 2310. The Government intends to award firm-fixed price Motor Vehicle Delivery Order(s) (MVDO) with a possibility of one or two awards. All pricing must be FOB Destination and inclusive of applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Respondents must have an active registration in SAM.gov and acknowledge all solicitation amendments to be considered for evaluation.

Evaluation will be based on three primary factors: technical compliance with specifications (including delivery terms, availability, delivery dates, and window stickers), past performance (minimum 2 to maximum 3 recent, relevant government contracts within the last two years), and price. Technical compliance and past performance combined are weighted equally to price. Vehicles must be available on dealership lots for immediate shipment, with vendors required to provide proof of availability. Respondents must submit completed SF 18 forms, technical documentation (limit 20 pages), past performance information (limit 3 pages), pricing schedules, specifications, GSA Fleet Systems Account Application Forms, manufacturer vehicle window stickers, and Brand Name or Equal worksheets if applicable. Questions must be submitted by August 19, 2026 at 11:00 AM ET. All submissions must be sent via email to April Stanch (April.Stanch@gsa.gov) and Ed Hodges (John.Hodges@gsa.gov). Post-award invoicing will be processed through IPP.gov and GSAFleet.gov, with contractors required to provide vehicle status updates as part of the GSA Fleet invoicing process.
