About this file
This document is an RFQ (Request for Quotes) issued by the Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) for the purchase and delivery of an electric self-propelled scissor lift. The solicitation provides detailed requirements and specifications for the lift, including brand name, warranty coverage, service center location, and delivery timeline. The lift must meet specific criteria such as maximum working height, platform dimensions, capacity, and power source. Vendors must submit quotes electronically and provide supporting documentation demonstrating the offered item meets the solicitation requirements. Award will be made to the responsive, responsible vendor with the lowest total cost.
The pricing terms indicate the lift must be new and delivered FOB Destination, with the contractor responsible for unloading and any necessary reassembly. The contractor must also have sufficient insurance to cover any damage during shipping and unloading. Payment terms require the contractor to submit an invoice within 30 calendar days of acceptance, which will be documented by ITD using a Deliverable Acceptance Form. ITD reserves the right to take remedial action if the lift does not conform to the contract requirements, including corrective action, subcontracting, or termination of the contract.
