All quoted prices must be inclusive of setup, printing, and shipping costs with no price increases permitted; however, ISBE is guaranteed the lowest price in the event of a price decrease. Vendors must carry comprehensive insurance coverage including $1,000,000 per occurrence in General Commercial Liability ($2,000,000 annual aggregate), $1,000,000 per occurrence in Auto Liability, Worker's Compensation Insurance as required by law, and $1,000,000 in Professional Liability Insurance with claims-made basis coverage maintained for three years following final payment. ISBE reserves the right to reject any or all offers, reject individual offers for non-compliance, award by item or group of items, and waive minor defects. The agency encourages vendors to register as Small Businesses with the State of Illinois and reserves the right to contact Ally Cooper at acooper@isbe.net or 217-782-3096 for questions regarding State of Illinois purchasing procedures and payment policies.
