All quoted prices must be inclusive of all charges, with no price increases accepted after submission; however, ISBE is guaranteed the lowest price in the event of a price decrease. Allowable expenses are limited to books, handling fees, and shipping costs. Vendors are encouraged to register as a Small Business with the State of Illinois. ISBE reserves the right to reject all offers, reject individual offers for non-compliance, award by item or portion thereof, and waive minor defects.
