Multi-modal delivery requested: Fuel will be offloaded from commercial vendor's owned or leased barge into commercial vendor's owned orleased tank trucks, then delivered to the USAF owned bladder. There is an initial delivery request for 60K gallons, 50K gallons will be stored in the 50K bladder, the remaining 10K gallons will be rolling stock. Then 2 more deliveries, 30K gallons, then 28K gallons. If commercial vendor tank trucks are not available for this portion or the request, we can utilize our USAF R-11’s to fill this role; and if this is the way forward, we will need to know what connection type is coming off the barge in order to fabricate an adapter and receive from barge into R-11, or the commercial barge vendor can supply an adapter to the R-11, which has a Single Point Receptacle as the connection.

If vendor is supplying the deliver tank truck: Bladder location is in a restricted area of the international airport, vendor will need access to this area.
