If Contractor does not cure defects within a reasonable time, Agency may reject the Goods and cancel the PO in whole or in part.

Contractor shall provide a contact name and telephone number to OHA for scheduling equipment testing.
If OHA rejects the Goods for nonconformance, OHA will provide a Notice of Acceptance Revocation to the Contractor. Contractor shall immediately, at Contractor’s sole cost and expense, remove all trial Goods in OHA’s possession within seven (7) calendar days following the date of the notice. OHA may then offer a PO to the next lowest Bidder.
